One of my students in India sent me this, though we don’t know who penned it:

“When we don't accept an Undesired event, it becomes Anger; when we Accept it, it becomes Tolerance.

When we don't accept Uncertainty, it becomes Fear; when we accept it, it becomes Adventure.

When we don't accept other's Bad behavior towards us, it becomes Hatred; when we accept it, it becomes Forgiveness.

When we don't accept other's Success, it becomes Jealousy; when we accept it, it becomes Inspiration.

Acceptance is the key to handling life well.”

Unfortunately acceptance is sometimes hard, I found in my younger days I couldn't accept certain things and sometimes it's still that way because I can't change things I want to so bad, Tey I'm not a negative person I have a great sense of humor but some just don't like it, I try to make others feel good but it's hard when I don't or can't accept a certain thing going on I don't like bad behavior I was raised to not behave bad, I just think I need change maybe getting out of the house and doing a hike tomorrow will help, I am a very emotional person Tey and I don't really get jealous of anyone because that's there life!!
