I am again listening to my friend’s (Brooks Palmer) “Clutter Busting” book.  He’s on Hoopla.

I have read books on simplifying, organizing, cleaning, but only with Brooks, have I heard it explained in the way of being PRESENT.

Not living in the past.  Not holding on to the past.  Especially the past that left us on our knees.

Past hurts.

Past way of life.  Whether good or not so good.

The past holds us back.  And sometimes for A LIFETIME, if we allow it.

Live in the present.  Do your things serve a purpose NOW?

Be the first to respond!
