It’s inspiring to see more and more of us turn to naturopathic medicine.  Finding ways for our body to naturally heal itself.  Finding ways to PREVENT problems.  

Using herbs, oils, yoga asanas (postures), breathing exercises, and well, just plain FOOD, to heal.  

Also Not using products made out of dangerous chemicals in and around the house.  

Did you know that you can make your own cleaning products?  Here’s a recipe for glass cleaner:

Mix 2 cups of water (distilled or filtered); 2 tablespoons vinegar; 10 drops of Lemon essential oil (optional). 

Yes, it’s that easy.  And a lot less expensive too!
