ARTHRITIS

For the last couple of days, my students and I have been opting to practice on our backs the entire time.  It’s amazing how much work we can do on our backs.

My legs sometimes work harder on my back.  

Anyway, I had a student who suffers from arthritis.  In the middle of our mat yoga, she started wiggling her fingers.  Her arthritis subsided for the most part.  

We love yoga!  

But when I say yoga, of course that means: mediation, breath work, as well as the physical practice.
