Happy March!  Another one of my young yoginis gave me this today.  She spelled my name “Tae”.  She also got a paper cut doing it.  This yogini is special because she is very focused.  Her mom tells me how she LOVES yoga.  And yoga loves her!  She loves the song “... Shanti is the ocean...“

They say that yoga at such a young age better equips you to handle whatever life brings.  But just because you’re not 6 years old doesn’t mean you shouldn’t start now — if you haven’t already.
