A student whom I have not seen in a while came to class today.  I happened to be focusing on alignment.  She asked many questions, almost at every posture.  

I soon realized that she seemed to be looking to PERFECT her posture AT THAT EXACT TIME.

You cannot expect to come to class and do it perfectly.  It takes a LIFETIME.

The only secret to yoga is: PRACTICE.  PRACTICE.  PRACTICE.
