I missed my nephew’s 4th birthday party today because I was going through  RTS (Resistance Training Specialist) training.  

Just want to give my darling, full-of-energy-yogi nephew a shout out.  Happy birthday Blessed One!

He loves yoga!  Last year I got him to promise me to Meditate, if I left him one of my yoga blocks.  I’m not sure how much time he’s got to meditate, but at least I got him to commit.  He’s too funny.
