Interview with fueledbymusicpromotions.com just came out

Latest interview with fueledbymusicpromotions.com. Here's an excerp and the questions:

Who are your influences?

What are your rehearsals generally like?

Was the opportunity to perform for the troops a changing experience?

What inspires your songwriting?

Are your fans supportive?

TEY: my fans are incredibly supportive! i always say.. "i am nothing without the listener". and i certainly have wonderful listeners.

Was it hard to be discovered? What advice would you give to those trying to reach discovery?

TEY: it certainly takes hard work! in your art, in every part of your career. my advice would be to work your butt off!!! in your art and in every part of your career.. to be yourself, to be honest with yourself and others, to always reinvent yourself, don't be afraid of changes, and to have people around you whom you can trust. always treat others as you want to be treated and be on time! and do as you say.. always!

On the fashion side of things, how would you compare your personal style to your performance style or is there no difference?

How do you bring your Filipino (did I use the correct term) culture to the stage?

TEY: i try to perform at least one song with some "tagalog" in it. i love to share my filipino culture because i think it's a gift. and it's amazing how well my audience really appreciate it. i'm never surprised when they enjoy my tagalog songs more.. and buy my tagalog cd's as well.

Is there anyone you wish to thank for emotional of financial support?

coming up on next blog: (questions from fans/friends)

"I see you have a remake of 'Never Knew Love'. Tell me all about it.
How did this project come about, Tey. As well, let's talk creative process. Inquiring minds want to know. Let's start with: who you worked with on this project(production), marketing strategies, from start to finish, studio hours, etc. I am sure there are some more things to ask Tey, I can't picture them just now."

"I was thinking how nice it would be to see a blog on how your career is treating you. You really don't talk too much about your highs and lows regarding your career. I would find this hugely interesting to see you open up more about that facet of your life.
Heck, what if you had a friend with a video camera follow you about on your day to day routines. You could have your own "reality show" on the internet.Setting aside your obvious musical talent, you are absolutely captivating on camera. You have a sincerity that oozes out of the screen and I think this might be something that could generate a lot of interest.
I believe that with all the no-talent people who are getting known thru Reality shows....someone like you who actually has talent might prosper from this."
