WHAT IS ALL-LEVEL YOGA?
Yoga is Breath, and Breath is Yoga so if you could breathe, you could yoga.
Find that Every day, every practice is different, even when the basic poses are the same. This also enables you to track your progress.
This hatha yoga practice consists of: Relaxation (Savasana), balancing and healing Breath Work, Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), 12 Basic Yoga poses (standing and seated poses, inversions).
I encourage you to practice at a level that is appropriate for Self-Care

Whether you’re a Beginner or an Advanced practitioner, this class would benefit you- Physically, Mentally, Spiritually.
Even if you have never taken a class before, you will be able to follow along. PRACTICE MAKES PROGRESS. Advanced practitioners can deepen their practice as much as they need to.
